Bilbao Extends Outdoor Pool Season Until September 30th

The City Council of Bilbao has announced that its public outdoor swimming pools will remain open until September 30th. This decision follows an earlier council vote to keep the Txurdinaga pool open until the end of next month. Now, the Artxanda and Errekalde pools will join in, extending the summer fun. The council acknowledged that this extension aims to compensate for service interruptions caused by maintenance worker strikes in July. From September 9th (Monday) until the end of the month, all outdoor municipal pools will be open daily. Txurdinaga pool will operate from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, while Artxanda and Errekalde will be open from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
