The high prices reflect the increasing demand for land near the capital, especially as land availability decreases. One particular lot, a 15-acre plot in Leskovka, sparked a fierce bidding war, with the final price exceeding the starting price by over 200%. This illustrates the strong appetite for land in the area, even at premium prices.
