BATE Boss: Staying in Touch with Former Coaches, Ermakovich and Goncharenko

Andrei Kapsky, chairman of the BATE board, has spoken about maintaining contact with former team coaches Alexander Ermakovich and Viktor Goncharenko. Kapsky expressed understanding for their current mental state, acknowledging the pressures they faced while coaching in Russia, far from home. He believes they need time to recharge and regain energy after the challenges they encountered. Kapsky also shared that he values their advice and appreciates their willingness to answer questions. He hopes to invite them back to BATE matches and their training facility more frequently.
